Well, the Brand New fiasco, if that is what you want to call it, is over. I just read this over at absolutepunk.net

A message from Brand New’s management in regards to the situation at hand:

Someone hacked into our offline site and made a false post, which caused some folks to jump to incorrect conclusions. Brand New is currently working on their next album and have not “taken a break”. Any news you hear otherwise is falsely reported. Don’t believe the hype. The new site will be up shortly.

Well, it seems that Brand New (one of my favorite bands) has broken up, or at least “taking a break”. This pretty much ruins my day. That being said, it’s time to bust out deja entendu and have a listen. Hopefully, this isn’t true. I’ll keep you all posted as to what is going on. Last I heard, they were coming out with a new album this summer and then this happens? I don’t get it.

On a lighter note, I did 256 juggles today with a soccer ball. My new goal is to get 400 before I start with deloitte (< 1 month).

New Car

2 posts in one day. I’m a loser, eh malen? Truth be told, im just bored as hell right now. Anyway, I am selling my monte carlo (finally) and am in the market for a new car. Gotta have the right look for the new job I guess. I’m not sure what I want to get, but I am leaning towards a Nissan Sentra 1.8s Special Edition. It’s around 15k, but I think I can get them to 14. The SE looks kinda sporty and has a kickass sound system. Plus it gets good gas mileage. Anyway, I am basically looking for something cheap and good on gas. Anyone have any suggestions?

Tomorrow I am going to go out and do some shopping. Here is a link to my ebay auction for my monte. I only wanted 750 for it and it’s at 1050…nice

Another quality lineup tonight…simpsons, family guy and then entourage. Props to TiVO for making it all happen. It’s the shit. I’m going to Seaside tomorrow to make sure the house is clean and will be spending the day there hopefully…anyone want to go? I know it’s late notice, but let me know.

Working on a few new websites before I start work. One is called Phillysportscircle.com. If anyone wants to contribute to it, let me know. We already have 5 or 6 people in on it. Has some potential so we’ll see where it goes.

Oh yea! i saw some pics of Lasey Chabert (fetch girl from “Mean Girls”) over on dontlinkthis and I think i’m going to have to add her to my to-do list.

One last note…if you get a chance, check out these crazy soccer tricks…I hope to be able to do at least one of the foot moves before summer is over.
