Jowling baby

I must say, this has been my most productive and alcohol free weekend in a long time. Went running a few times, played some sawker with shug and even managed to do some volunteer work with some kids. Damn i’m good, but I miss the booze so next week i’ll be back to my old ways…maybe.

I recently discovered this phenomenon called “jowling”. I’ve been doing it for a while (playing with the dog), but little did I know how cool (weird?) it looks when you snap a picture. My fantasy teams decided to die this week so it’s been a pretty shitty day so far. Hopefully tonight’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” will make up for it. I know “Extras” won’t. I hate brittish comedy, except for Benny Hill.

I was checking the site stats the other day and it’s starting to gain a small following. Something like 60-80 hits a day. Made me happy. What made me even happier was seeing that people were searching google for “panochita” and I am coming up in the #2 spot.

People seem to like Donnie’s voicemail. Something like 26 downloads so far. HAHA, poor donnie. All in good fun I guess. If any of you guys have funny drunk dials you want on here, you can forward your voicemail to me and I will put it up. If you want my number, leave a comment…posting it on here doesn’t seem like a good idea. That is all.

Drunk dials are fun

Well, i’ve been getting a fair share of drunk dials lately so I figured it was only appropriate to share them with all 10 of my normal visitors. They latest one came from a one Mr. Donnie Caldwell. I was only able to capture 60 secs of it, although it went on longer. Grab that shit here. It’s also a wav file so it’s 2.5 megs (big for a soung file). If anyone can convert to mp3, let me know. I don’t feel like looking for that crap.

The DVD’s have been coming and going since I signed up for the blockbuster online rental thing. I am officially a movie buff. Soooo I’ll give a few of my recommendations of what I’ve been watching. Ready go!

Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy - Horrible, don’t waste your time or money
The Longest Yard - Entertaining…I’d say it’s worth it
Arrested Development Season 1 - Orgasmic.
National Treasure - Not as good as the first time I saw it, but not horrible.

Man, I am such a good reviewer, its sickening. That is all for now… halloween volunteer ish tomorrow night with the hanidcap peeps. Solid.

Homecoming weekend

Donny will be visiting Penn State for the weekend of October 29th. this weekend is homecoming and halloween, so it should make for a fucking fantastic weekend. Big Kat Heff will also be coming up to join in on the festivities. I think everyone that I know should come up that weekend. That being said….lemme just say…

That donny should be considered dangerous when drunk. He pisses on people, throws drinks on people, fucking pukes on people, and is notorious for saying, “well fuck you!” when intoxicated. I guess this is an advanced apology for anyone/everyone he offends. He will undoubtedly be a mess…

Crisco…its use extends beyond the kitchen

True Life: my cooking lab teacher wears a matching apron/pants set. it’s kind of cute in that mom sort of way. just thought i’d throw that out there. also, donny, i thought of you today in my cooking lab. and here’s why. we had to test foods when they were used with different fats (butter, oil and drumroll please…CRISCO). flashback to senior week, 2003. it’s late, everyone is sitting in the circle pretty bombed since what were our tolerances back then? a game of never have i ever was going on, but had somewhat died down as we were running out of ideas. all of a sudden, donny speaks up: “never have i ever jerked off using crisco.” this part might be slightly exaggerated as the way i saw it since i was pretty intoxicated, but everyone just gets a little quiet as to let what had just been said sink in. everyone is looking at donny as he chugs some of his beer and then just looks at us, as we start to laugh. ah good times. who remembers that? was my version of it very different as it happened? give me some feedback.

anyway, going home this weekend. i need a break from drinking. I want to see Elizabethtown and bake a pumpkin pie. I think a hayride would be cool…but I think all the hayrides in the area are infested with 12 year olds, and i would feel kind of silly if I’m screaming as a clown popped out at me as the 12 year olds are not phased by it at all. maybe it’s just me though, who knows.

Rilo Kiley has been kicking ass lately. I don’t normally dig on female singers so when I do, you know they gotta be good a la zolof the rock and roll destroyer and save ferris.

Anyway, I digress. Let’s focus on apple’s new iPod that was just released yesterday. It looks pretty sweet. I think i’d buy it mainly so I can watch video on plane flights and long trips. It’s something like 400 bucks for the 60 gig, which is pretty expensive so for now i’ll just wait for that number to stop drop kaboom.

This weekend should be crazy busy. Toogar is coming home, I have 2 websites to do for friends (free of course…sigh), and malen will be rolling in sunday night. Not enough time to spread the diddy love everywhere.

Why do they call me diddy? Well for those of you who don’t know, I have numerous nicknames…some good, some mentally scarring. I was dubbed “Diddy” back in high school, well before puff daddy stole it from me. ASSHOLE! So let’s see…past nicknames I have had: diegs, didadel, rogue, rogue squadron, bern, bernie, BUBBA (best one from the soccer years) and I am sure there are others that escape me at the moment. Bubba was my first nickname besides “that pain-in-the-ass-kid-of-ours”, which my parents used a little too often. In fact, Bubba was even used in my elementary school yearbook (right under my picture with the bowl cut!), not like you care but i’m sure jon “g-man” gentile would appreciate it. The only nicks that are still widely used are bernie/diddy and vartions of them. Ahhh good times, good times.

I need to find a costume for halloween so hit me up with some ideas in the comments. Do it, do it.
