Sorry for the lack of updates over the past 2 days. Most of my time has been spent at my pretzel factory store getting it ready to open. It’s been hell really. We took an old auto garage, ripped it’s guts out, and built a pretzel factory. I took some before and after pictures on my cellphone, but they are mostly crap since my camera phone is only 1.3 megapixels.

It’s official. I am the new manager of our Philly Soft Pretzel Factory Store. Although I have been working for the PSPF for a few weeks now, I recently received my business card making it official.
For those of you who didn’t know ( and probably don’t care =P ), I recently left my job at Deloitte Consulting as a systems analyst for a managerial position with a local franchise startup called Philly Soft Pretzel Factory. Without getting into too much detail about the career change, let’s just say it made sense for me.
Recently, I have been interviewing people, scheduling orders, going through training and other kinds of new stuff. We have our grand opening on Saturday, December 16th so if you live in the Philadelphia (Abington) area, come show your support!

I’m on such a Scarlett Johansson kick lately. Maybe it’s because she has an alledged sex tape floating around? Or maybe it’s due to this sexy picture from Allure magazine. I am not really sure what sparked the obsession, but my mind is made up that she was created for me. I think this, this and this are equally (if not more) as sexy.
Of course, I have little respect for her acting abilities. With such great movies in her arsenal like “Eight Legged Freaks” and “The Island”, it really is difficult to take her seriously (I didn’t include “Lost in Translation” because Bill Murray carried that movie). I guess when I REALLY think about it, my obsession starts at her shoulders and ends at her stomach. Anyone feeling that?
In other news, I started training at the Pretzel Factory Monday. In about a month I will be running my own gig and hopefully raking it in. I am not gonna lie though, it is tough work. Easy yes, but it takes it’s toll on the body. I took some before-shots of our building and once renovations are done and I have some after-shots, I will post them. Exciting.
