It'd be some slob that has an awful life and lives to harass the hell out of people. They'd be like gamblers, after they get that jackpot shot they'd be the guy buying everyone at the bar a shot of yaeger (and later getting kicked out of the bar for barfing all over the bartop then doing a belly-slide).
