Time for another round of Would You Rather. This week is a bit more serious and deals with religious beliefs, unlike the last one which was all about sexxing up big women and food poisoning.
Would You Rather:
Live your life to the fullest, but it meant you were going to hell for eternity, assuming it exists.
- Or -
Live a conservative lifestyle (church, etc) and miss out on a lot, but it meant you would go to heaven for eternity, assuming heaven exists.

Let’s assume I was baptized Roman Catholic as a child. If I am correct in my understanding/assumption, I should be able to live the good life care free of repercussions so long as I confess my sins at last rights.

I have a mountaintop theory… raise a child, from birth, alone, for 20 years on a mountain top JUST YOU & HIM …Teach him to speak with a different language made up by reversing the alphabet that you both learned together… feed him corn cobs instead of the corn, feed him the entrails of animals instead of real meat, teach him that the sun is his God & worship with him every day..Teach him that the planes he sees in the air are demons on their way to do mischief….Teach him that you two humans are alone in the world & there is a REAL Heaven after death.and to enter it…Every night before the two of you retire, you stand on your hands, say g’night to the sun, turn around three times while chanting, & FALL ASLEEP….
YOUR BOY WILL SLEEP SOUNDLY…KNOWING THAT HE IS AT PEACE IN HIS WORLD & WILL SEE THIS HEAVEN WHEN HE DIES…

All the Catholics, All the protestants, all the Jewish Rabbi’s, etc etc… will not be able to undo those 20 years on the mountaintop…Moral of story ???
In our organized Religions today…we are on OUR OWN MOUNTAINTOPS !!!
We will not believe the other Religions no matter what they say to us…..
My feelings are this…There has to be a higher power than us…call Him/Her what you want but believe in the good out in the world instead of the evil…If you, steal, stop !
If you commit adultery..STOP !
If you lie or cheat others..STOP !
EACH ACT THAT WE PERFORM AS A HUMAN BEING IS EITHER MAKING THIS WORLD A BETTER OR WORSE PLACE FOR ALL MANKIND…
We have that much power in our actions..
