I'll concur with Sly. I have no desire for people to influence people based on my coolness rather than merit. I'm not interested in being rich either but at least then I'd be able to contribute to, or maybe even create organizations similar to the Gates Foundation. Touring would also blow a lot more than most would think. You'd wanna kill yourself after three months for sure.

I've already explained the horse poop, so I'll leave it. At least you arent making wild claims about me and reptiles.

I'll take the entrepreneur. It's always been my dream to be self employeed, maybe in a successful franchise, say like a Philadelphia Soft Pretzel Factory. Man, if I could get involved in something like that I'd be set. Maybe start as the afternoon manager, work my way up, save some money, buy a franchise license, sell pretzels to various financial institutions corporate headquarters, have my friends and family do legwork for me. That'd be sweet, I wonder if I could pull it off...

I would choose Rock Star. Both of your scenarios have you spending most of your free time at your occupation, so at this point of my life I would choose fun over stability. Plus I think the Rock Star route is the best way to have both worlds. Is it really possible to be “rockstar” and not make a decent buck? You can’t buy charisma and talent, but you can be a musician who invests wisely.
